FAQ · Scope before spectacle

The practical questions belong beside the atmosphere.

Use these answers to decide whether a direct concept, custom proof, or measured project quote is the right next step.

Are these finished products already in continuous production?

No. The current catalog is a production-intent concept range. Physical prototypes, BOMs, electronics, finishes, packaging, and fulfillment must be validated before commercial activation.

Why is payment disabled?

The site collects a gated order intent or quote brief only. Final scope, proof, price, tax, delivery, safety boundaries, and production capacity must be confirmed before a provider is enabled.

Do Accent products need an electrician?

Plug-in low-voltage concepts may not require fixed wiring, but mounting and local conditions still need review. Any fixed electrical connection must be completed by a qualified electrician.

Are LEDs and drivers included?

Only when the final offer or quote itemizes the exact approved components. Never substitute a different core, driver, cable, or shade without written compatibility review.

How many revisions are included?

Each starting scope includes one direction and two minor revision rounds. New geometry, scale, place, site condition, or professional requirement is a scope change.

Do felt products soundproof a room?

No. Felt can add local absorption and visual softness, but no whole-room acoustic result or certified coefficient is claimed without project-specific evidence.

Can a shade be replaced later?

Only with a shell validated for the exact core, collar, heat, ventilation, and clearance envelope. The interchangeable system is not universal.

Do you install ceiling or feature-wall systems?

Installation is excluded unless explicitly itemized. Structural, electrical, fire, and acoustic approvals stay with appropriately qualified project professionals.
