Process · Six decisions

Resolve the room, then earn the object.

Every stage names what is known, what needs physical validation, who approves it, and what would change the scope.

Qualify the setting

Confirm placement, dimensions, substrate, ambient light, circulation, budget, deadline, and whether the request is a plug-in object or a project installation.

Define the boundary

Separate product design from site measurement, structure, fixed wiring, acoustic advice, fire review, and installation responsibility.

Approve the concept

Review one visual direction, nominal scale, finish palette, cable path, core specification, and the two included minor revision rounds.

Validate physically

Use a material, light, shadow, mounting, or module sample where room sensitivity and risk justify it before the full build is authorized.

Produce and inspect

Record component versions, assemble the approved low-voltage system, inspect visible finish and clearances, and document packing order.

Handoff responsibly

Provide care, service, mounting, and component records. Qualified project professionals complete any fixed wiring and site installation in their scope.
