Measure the physical envelope
Share wall or ceiling dimensions, nearby doors and furniture, eye level, socket or supply position, and clear service access. Include a scale reference in every site photograph.
Name the professional boundaries
Clarify who owns structure, fixed wiring, fire review, installation, and acoustic advice. A product proof cannot replace the approvals required for the building and use case.
Approve what can be approved
Lock the geometry, nominal size, palette, module count, cable direction, and included revisions in writing. Physical light and material samples remain the final check for sensitive projects.
