Disconnect before care
Switch off and disconnect the approved low-voltage system, then allow it to cool. Never spray cleaner into an aperture, diffuser edge, driver cavity, or cable connection.
Use a dry, soft sequence
Start with a soft brush or clean air blower for perforations and felt, then a dry microfibre cloth for accessible matte surfaces. Abrasive pads and solvents can permanently alter the finish.
Preserve the service record
Keep the offer ID, approved core specification, and installation notes with the object. Replacement electronics must match the documented voltage, current, heat, and clearance requirements.
